Hard Work / Laziness

"Shun idleness. It is a rust that attaches itself to the most brilliant metals."
Voltaire

Always moving forward whether in business or with my body or having fun I shun idleness. Another day of good progress was made in business. Our community sites are coming together as planned and our mobile initiative continues to move forward as we have set forward the timeline to complete build and ultimate soft launch on June 18, 2007.

Idleness and laziness is all too common in America. As our portion sizes have increased, our time spent on physical activity have decreased. For most of us, laziness is to blame for our ever growing size. Sure relatively few have medical problems, but you would be surprised to see what 5 days a week 1 hour per day will do to your body, mind and soul.

We Americans spend on average 3 hours per day watching television. If we were to cut one of those hours out and spend it in the gym, we would be a much healthier productive country. I am constantly asked how my body looks as fit as it does and the answer is Hard work! I workout 5 days a week, 1 hour each day consistently. My workout is simple consisting of 10-15 minutes of cardio, 30 - 40 minutes of weights and 10-15 minutes of abs. This workout has kept me in excellent shape with a body fat percentage somewhere around 6-8%.

Laziness also drastically effects our productivity. I strongly believe that each individual has something special to offer, however a wide variety of factors including laziness often keep us from fulfilling our potential. I ask each of you to challenge yourself in work, family, and fitness. I assure you that you will see the benefits of your work.

Because if you don't, your idleness will attach to you like rust and ruin you.
