MaxWigs - My Experience - Excellent Customer Service

I am compelled to write this personal story about our experience with MaxWigs. A female friend of mine was suffering from an advanced medical condition which caused her to loose her hair. As she lost her hair, she became severely depressed as she felt she was loosing her beauty. Though I assured her that she was not, I knew I had to do something fast. I researched the Internet for the best wigs company I could find. I ran across several wig companies including MaxWigs. I performed an additional amount of research to insure that I was only purchasing top quality wigs for my good friend.

I ordered one wig in order to test the quality and was surprised to find that it looked extremely natural. When I presented it to my friend she loved it and no one could ever tell that it was fake! I ordered two additional wigs for my friend. When they arrived I quickly noticed that one of the wigs was not what I thought it was going to be. I quickly called MaxWigs and they let me exchange the wig very quickly. Their customer service was exceptional.

Fortunately, my friend's health has returned and so has her hair, however many days she still wears her wigs. I wholeheartedly recommend MaxWigs. Thank you.
