NUDITY RIDER TO PLAYER AGREEMENT ("PRINCIPAL AGREEMENT")

DATED AS OF ____________________,
BETWEEN ____________________ ("PRODUCTION COMPANY") AND ____________________ ("PLAYER") IN CONNECTION
WITH THE MOTION PICTURE CURRENTLY ENTITLED
"____________________" ("PICTURE")

Reference is made to the Agreement dated ____________________ (the "Agreement") between you, ("Player") and ____________________ ("Production Company") with respect to your acting services in connection with the theatrical motion picture currently entitled ____________________ (the "Picture").

1. NUDITY SEX ACTS: It is understood between the parties that, with respect to the services to be rendered by Player, for the consideration set forth in the Agreement, such services shall require Player to appear nude and/or semi-nude, and/or perform designated sexual act(s), as the case may be, in the Picture. The general description of the extent of such nudity, and the type of physical contact required in such designated sex acts, is attached as Exhibit "A."

2. PLAYER'S CONSENT: Player agrees and consents to render the services set forth above and hereby affirms that Player agrees to appear nude and/or semi-nude and to perform such designated sex act(s).

3. OWNERSHIP OF PERFORMANCE: Pursuant to terms and conditions of the Agreement, Production Company owns all results and proceeds of Player's services rendered pursuant to the Agreement and has the exclusive right to use, license and exploit the Picture and Player's performance therein, throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised.

All terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect without modification or change and the Agreement is hereby affirmed.
