Running
I would love to run but I feel so funny! I start off ok but soon as I think I am doing good I feel as though I am going to pass out or trip over my feet! WHAT DO I DO? I want to run so bad or even jog for that matter but can't hang in there to do it. Please help me!!!

I would have to agree, running is #1 in my book. It's funny how big of a difference just 10 - 30 minutes a day can make on your body.
