A black student in Central Louisiana at Jena High School asked school administrators for permission to sit under a tree called the "white tree." School administrators quickly said that the student could sit under whatever tree he pleased. The student then sat under the "white tree." The following day, three nooses, in the schools colors were found hanging from the true. THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER OF 2006!

10. Not Visiting the Doctor

On July 31, 2007, a pretty solid storm swept through Scottsdale and Phoenix flooding my parking garage in the Toscana Resort Communities parking lot. Fortunately for me, my car was sitting on 24's and thus a good 1 inch above the water line. Everyone thought 24's were strictly for looks, however this proves that they are very useful for elevating your car above the common garage flood in Phoenix. For the record, more than forty cars were totaled and the HOA is not accepting liability at this point. Life!

Another weekend of work and JackRabbit in Scottsdale, Arizona. Friday, after a long day of work and progress, went to E4 and then JackRabbit. JackRabbit is the preeminent club in Scottsdale and the place of employment for some of my favorite people in Arizona including Annie Itsell, Naomi Kirk, Chris, Eric, Jonathan, Jeanette and many more.

My July 4, 2007 was spent on an extreme budget in Scottsdale, Arizona. My beautiful girlfriend Pierce Ross and I spent the day at Rett's south Scottsdale house with various Scottsdale friends. We had a wonderful time.

Today our company was served with its first lawsuit. I am sure that there will be many more as is the case with most companies but the circumstances of this lawsuit revolve around an avaricious lunatic with probably the lowest quality of life of anyone have ever met. This individual is manipulative, covert, greedy, lazy and far from the person he holds himself out to the world to be. Trouble is, most people see through his idiocy.

Each day I do my best to maximize my time and move forward with business, knowledge, friends and life. I realize that no one is truly 100% efficient, no one truly maximizes 100% of their time, however I attempt to do the best I can to get the most out of life. Sometimes this involves relying on others to get certain aspects done in business, relationships and life. It is often difficult to depend on others because generally people will not fulfill their end of the bargain.
